The City of Greater Geraldton provides areas for dogs to be exercised off-leash. These areas are detailed in this map. Information is current as of December 2023. 

The City of Greater Geraldton allows dogs to be exercised off-leash in the Woorree Park fenced dog exercise area.

Park users are asked to abide by the following guidelines:

• Dogs are healthy and fully vaccinated for communicable diseases.
• Dogs are sterilised OR owners prevent their female dogs in season from entering the park.
• If there are dogs off-leash inside the park, other owners check before letting new dogs into the park.
• Evaluate the relative sizes of dogs inside the park before allowing them to interact.
• Pick up all dog waste and dispose of this within the provided bins.
• Avoid using food, toys or treats within the park where this may cause conflict between unknown dogs.
